Yup. Completely revamped my diet. Gotta put premium into the body to stick around for the kids as long as possible and surf as long as possible! I was worried about my drinking for years. I knew I needed to cut way back but failed to break it down and actually do it. The trip for my 50th to Baja felt amazing. Like total balance. Marg with my feet in the sand after surfing was perfect. I'm sure there will be a point where I don't even do that. I also know when life gets really hard again (it will) I won't turn to booze for help.
