This is infuriating and hits home. Although I'd never be able to prove it, I'm convinced all the meds my Dad takes is the reason he has Parkinshon's and Dementia. He started taking cholesterol and blood pressure and an "aspirin a day" in his 40s. He's 77 now. I battled with family and him to stop taking his meds 3.5 years ago when was first diagnosed with Parkinson's and to eat well and exercise to see where it takes us. Instead, the Docs prescribed more meds and they listened. He's currently a zombie in a care facility still being spoonfed fucken pills.
