Our healthcare is like a drive-through oil change. You walk in. You wait in line. They call your number. They look at your numbers on a screen. Tell you the numbers aren't where they need to be and give you a prescription. Every little bump and anomaly COULD be cancer so it's off to more tests and specialists. My Dad was prescribed so many needless meds over his life, and I'm positive that it's part of the reason he has dementia and Parkinson's now.
