One of the reasons people don’t get it is their insurance won’t cover it unless you’re over 50. I know plenty of people that had shingles before turning 50 including me. Worst pain and scariest health scare I’ve ever had. All the pain meds the Docs prescribed didn’t work. The only thing that helped significantly were ice cold plunges.
