My Mom and Dad have similar histories. This exodus of Chinese during this time was huge sending us all over the world. Curious what villages? I traveled to my ancestral villages 17 years ago and rode traveled by bike from Taishan. My Dad's side village is Sui Nam and my Mom's village is Duen Fuen. These are phonetic English spellings of course. I'm about 20,000 words into a memoir about my family and travels. I plan on bringing my kids back someday.
