My kids were 10 and 12 when we said goodbye to Baetis.

Actually, I’ll need to make several difficult decisions. And one of them is: should I bring my kids to say goodbye first? Would they want to be there, or would that be too scary or traumatic for them?

My kids were 10 and 12 when we said goodbye to Baetis. They said they wanted to be there. It was a beautiful thing having all our hands on her when she crossed the rainbow bridge.
