Many yoga classes now blur the lines between "Yoga" and an "Exercise" class. I don't like the yoga classes too intense, so it feels like a Fitness Class, and I also don't like them too slow and static even though the slow can be really good for us. I hear you on the stretching. I just can't be disciplined enough to stretch for an hour alone. Read the descriptions of the classes available. A "Flow" class often called VInyassa Flow would probably be a good fit because you are constantly moving. The Intro offers are great because you can try a few classes and studios. My hip flexors are still tight and stiff. Would hate to see what my body is like without Yoga.
