It's "complicated" as they say and made more complicated by people preaching one-way is the right way. Different things work for different people. On the flip side of people bashing Keto, there's a guy here on Medium who basically yells at people with multiple exclamation points if one questions the Keto Diet. My diet is working just fine being mostly vegetarian/pescatarian but I may give Keto a go just to see how my body likes it. It could be to change things up sometimes and I'm curious about it as get into the Wellness field.
