It took me a while to not want to vandalize my old house. Nowadays I visit my old place anger free, talk with my Ex’s new partner, and can even hang out there. It’ll take time and work but you’ll get there. Anger takes away from us being the best parents we can be. That was a motivator for me to work on it.
