I have a piece with this same theme started.

I say all the same shit to my kids that my Dad used to say to me.

"Don't wait to be asked to do something. See what needs to be done and do it!"

"It doesn't take much to stand out."

"If you do something wrong long enough you will get caught!"

Those are just a few things that stand out. Classic stuff.

I just emptied his place as he's never leaving the care facility he's in. Lots of tears. Life moves fast. Seems like my kids were just babies and now they are 12 and 14.
