I could barely walk three years ago with knee pains at age 47. I quit dairy to reduce inflammation and that helped. Another thing I did was analyze my daily postures. I love road tripping so literally have hundreds of thousands of cruise control miles sitting with my legs flopped out. Nowadays, I do mini leg lifts and make sure I'm aligned and engaged at all times performing small isometrics to the point I barely know I'm doing it. The pains aren't entirely gone, but I'm surfing better than I ever have and feel great. Oh yeah. I tested my ollie on my 50th and it was still about 14.5 inches. Hah!
