Hmmmm...If it was one of my dude-friends asking me I'd say any reasonably attractive woman on top of me is pretty much perfect. Hah! If it was you I'd say I like a smart independent woman who shares some of my passions and has her own.

As a former home inspector I always asked the realtor who is the point person when discussing a house's condition as I didn't just want to assume it's the man. A lot of the times it was not the man. I'm also a remodel contractor always mindful of mansplaining. Hah.
