Falling in love with air fried garbanzo beans to mix up my legume intake. Some of the nutritional value is probably cooked out of them but they are so yummy! Tossed with olive oil and a little Tamari and various other spices air fried for ten minutes. Crispy on the outside and meaty on the inside.

No doubt that diet is key to be healthy and ward old-person brain. However, II would argue that learning new things, meeting new people, and exercise in combo might be more important.
