All my life I've had sinus issues which lead to headaches off and on. Doctors would prescribe sprays and allergy meds that made me shaky or tell me to take a hot shower. Not one of them every suggested I examine my diet. At age 47, when I was having knee pains, my girlfriend, who is a wellness coach, said I should try going vegan for a month to see if it helps with my joint pains. I immediately felt the difference not having milk-dairy in my diet and I've been dairy free every since. It made a big difference in my joint pains.
